trucks following tree harvesters and narrow rail crossings are a bad combo

seems like similar to the U3 bug with large vehicles on large crossings, trucks that are assigned to tree harvesters will rotate mid crossing on narrow crossings, resulting in stuck trucks if they dont have a path out, eg with walled roads

oh i think i see what part of the problem is

because the narrow crossing is, narrower, they can over-turn in some conditions, and enough to send them on a complete burnout loop

The reason for that "burnout" (lol) is the fact that vehicles can't go to some points
that are extremely close to them, but quite where they are placed;
this leads them to get given a path like the one that was witenessed
there, to go to that "not quite the same, but very close" location.

Basically, this means that the stop point & the entry onto the ramp
aren't actually in the same place, but they're apart by at least
an infandecimaly-small distance.

It likely has nothing to do with floating-point errors, since the game
in a lot of places uses fixed-pioint numbers for performance reasons,
likely including the source of this issue, but in that case it would be
a form of a rounding error instead, but yeah, as far as we're concerned
it's an issue with a bit of math going wrong somewhere.
