Noticed an odd behavior/edge case with a mixer I'd set up to feed an early chicken setup. What seems to be happening is the mixer goes into an odd working state (consuming power and full maintenance) as soon as any of the recipes are no longer blocked due to full output, but it doesn't actually try to process that recipe. Instead the green progress bar on the top prioritized recipe instantly shows as filled in and the mixer just sits there forever in working mode.
Once the output clears up such that the stuck recipe is permitted to run, the progress bar resets to 0 and that cycle runs normally. If the output is then full the machine goes into output full mode and stops consuming power / consumes reduced maintenance.
Not something likely to run into very often outside of something like the mixer, but there seems to be some kind of logic that's breaking here. I believe in previous versions (U3 or U2 maybe - can't readily find the patch notes) it would instead just run the first output instead which was not ideal so the behavior is mostly correct except for it kicking the machine into a false working mode while the top-most ready recipe waits to run.
Also in this example I've seen if say wheat did not have enough to run it'd still do this while waiting for room for the soybeans to run.
Not exactly massively game breaking but wanted to pass it along in case it's an easy fix at some point. Save attached.
