FPS drops when clicking on a newly build cargo depot

When placing a new cargo depot and clicking on it, the FPS drops. This only happens with newly placed depots, not with older ones. Saving and reloading does not fix the issue, and rebuilding the cargo depot does not help either. (It is the depot right when you load the save that has the issue)

Does it happen just when the inspector window is open or always?

Only when this window is open, it drops to arround 8FPS

And it does not happen with any other Cargo depo, only this new one
