Line Rules don't work with unloading and loading modules at the same station

In your "Steel Load" station screenshot, there's only one line, and one train arrival. (I though we could see incoming train contents, but by the reservation logic it must be carrying hydrogen), and there's enough room in that station to unload a full fluid wagon. It will incidentally still move other resources, even above/below threshold if it can.

The same is true for your "Oil Unload" station, it is full of Hydrogen, and the incoming train can fully load that hydrogen so it will visit, and provide any cruide oil it is carrying.

Only one condition among the station resources needs to have it's arrival rules satisfied to allow for receiving trains. There is no means to only allow trains to visit if all resource threshold conditions are met.

I cannot tell if you have more than 1 T2 Fluid Wagon, but each T2 wagon can hold 240 resource, that station has 396 space.
How many fluid wagons do you have?

think the second station is still a valid train call, but the first one I can't explain, may be a geniune bug afaict

second station is full on oil, and the train is full on hydrogen, so it should not be called

you given me a different save? the steel load station here doesn't have those conditions set

It's working as intended. After it did a round trip back to the steel unload station it waits.
Trains won't typically reroute if you change station configurations while they are already en route.

Tested this in sandbox, and I can't speak to if this is truly intended by the devs, but YES a "only if train be filled" considers an already full train as acceptable arrival condition.
Same is true for the reverse it seems.

hmm, maybe it does work for the steel, but why does it not work for the oil ?

🤔 I would consider that potentially not working as intended. Need to better frame the use case.

I'll try and better replicate your setup in an isolated sandbox later today. 👍

okay I understand it now, so the real issue is that you dont have an option to stop the train from coming if you only one of the conditions is not met
and I dont even know if it is possible to stop the oil train from coming with a mixed cargo train, if the oil full, with our current options
