New recipes capacity doesn't increase to account for truck delivery

I've had it several times where I added a recipe (e.g T2 components) and even though it was set for truck delivery it just forgot and had like 8 capacity instead of 40. Honestly I'd love if capacity was always 40 regardless of truck or automation but that's just me.

i think with "yellow" mode I have seen the buffers be small instead of large, but not sure what machines and what recipes
