seems like something changed with 0.8.4b and fuel trucks now just lock up when trying to reach unreachable excavators
yea pathing is like, megabroke
worth noting that theres two other excavators without fuel that it can access, it just insists on only dancing around the one that it cant reach
ok discovered what the problem is
the truck is trying to go to where the excavator is trying to path to, but neither can do so and thus both are always stuck
this is probably in part to do with another bug where the excavators can sometimes crawl up near-vertical slopes instead of down like they normally would
