I cannot delete housing blocks or decorations. Both already build and blueprinted blocks are permanent. The screenshot shows one of the decorations not being included in overall city. I moved one blocks, that might be a block I moved some time ago and build around it, but I'm not sure if that was the one. Is there any solution to the problem?
For future reference, that module is considered a second settlement.
What do you mean by moved?
Moved, as in copy, move short distance, and paste by clicking while holding shift. It was repositioned several small tiles. After that I sequentially demolished all original city blocks and rebuild them adjacent to the moved decoration (demolished and build in cleared space and not moving by pasting). Hope that explains what happened.
