Trucks not distributing among idle excavators

I have recently been having an issue where trucks assigned to a mining tower will bunch together and all head towards a single idle excavator instead of being distributed evenly among idle excavators.

Can you share the save? i think i have a good idea of what the problem is but a good repro should help.

I think it's because you have too many trucks assigned to that MCT and there is always a large number of idle trucks much higher then excavators

It was a race condition, logic was sound. Should be fixed in the next patch.
