When placing the new vehicle ramps, it allows you to overlap the ramp with a terrain ramp. When constructed the overlapped terrain ramp is now just flat, not allowing vehicles to pass.
New ramps allows overlap on ramped terrain, modifies terrain when placed.

the 5x8 area in front of the ramp appears to be forcibly flattening terrain on placement... that seems like undesirable behavior
