It seems the vertical clearance of the new ramps goes up to infinity and as a result bridges can't be built over them no matter how high.
Ideally they would allow overhead construction at least 7 tiles above the road deck or 9 from the ground to allow clearance for the largest vehicles
Interesting. So it seems that the ramps do have a proper clearance but only if you're trying to copy and paste a bridge piece over it. The bridge building tool treats them as if they can't be built over at all
I think the problem is that bridges have pillars at bot the end of the old piece and the start of the new. You've built it right up against the ramp, and so it can't ever build the "new piece" pillar.
