Copper tutorial goal should not block subsequent goals

Problem:
When players reach the tutorial goal to produce copper, it blocks all future goals until it is completed. At that stage, there is an abundant supply of Cu plates from the starting pile and from early ship exploration. Players end up spending a lot of CP1 (a sorting plant 100 CP1, a blast furnace 75 CP1, a metal caster 38 CP1, an electrolysis machine 38 CP1), simply to pause copper production right after the goal is met, and proceed to go through the stash of 500+ Cu plates. It is wasteful to build all that just to unlock a long list of subsequent goals, see the attached screenshot. An iron smelting goal has already been done before. There is no need to block development by another similar production chain.

Proposed solution:
Modify the tutorial, so that the copper milestone doesn't block other milestones. Players can complete it whenever there is a real need, and allocate valuable CP1 to something productive early on.

Right after the copper milestone:

I agree. While there is a workaround, the tutorial goal sequence and dependencies are pretty much not what I do or would recommend. Like the tutorial implies you keep using charcoal until after iron, concrete & copper.
Not only do we have enough copper, but also iron scrap. So coal mining should be first.

Yes please. I once had like 7+ goals instantly unlock after I finally got copper.
