Space station bug?

As you can see here the space station can receive multiple rockets of other products such as the maintenance parts but it cannot ever receive more than one rocket carrying people at a time, could this possibly be fixed? because it limits the size of the space station even though you can upgrade more you are limited by the single rocket of people at a time stopping you from upgrading further.

see it will never go past this because the space station cannot get enough people because it never has more than 1 rocket coming with people but all the other products can have multiple rockets coming at a time

Yes, this should be changed, I would say. It is possible to upgrade rocket capacity, which increases the number of people per rocket, as well as the unit cargos.
Silly question - I am guessing that you have multiple rocket launch pads set to send people?

Yes I put like 25 of them specifically for people but only 1 at a time would lauch for the people even though there is a deficit of people in the space station no matter what i did I could not get more than a singular rocket carrying people to launch at a time.

But all the other products can have like 10 rockets going up at the same time

Weird that they are limited.

Yeah hope it gets changed shouldn't be too difficult to fix
