Trains with universal wagons attempt to load more than they can handle and display an error message with every load: "Due to inactivity, the train has left the station."

I am also seeing this. I am pretty sure my offices are stable. This seems to happen on every load -- as if they are waiting for the normal car load rather than the smaller universal load. It only affects universal cars.
I do have a single rail car focus for 2.5% set.
These trains are also on a network, but I didn't have any universal cars before I set up networks, so I don't know if that is related or not.

Do you have office bonuses that keep changing? Can you share the save?
I have now tested with several trains and can confirm that it only affects Universal Cargo and the office runs stably. I'll send you the save file via private message.
Was the problem fixed with today's patch? In case this is still helpful: I've now discovered that a station for a universal wagon doesn't need to be fully loaded; normally, all stations are always completely full for a regular wagon it doesn't matter how many additional storage facilities the station has. However, the internal balancing system apparently doesn't shift very small amounts, which is why some wagons aren't fully loaded with the universal wagon system and then the error message appears. It gets worse at large train stations served by smaller trains; the office bonus has also exacerbated the situation.

Looks like it might be in today's though:
- Fixed T2 universal wagons getting stuck at loading stations because they advertised one more unit of capacity than they could load.
