Overzealous train self-intersecting protections cause deadlock.

A previously working setup now deadlocks when a train has to make a U-turn due to a "risk of self collision" even though the train is nowhere near long enough for that to actually happen.

Seems I will have to move the fuel station for this to work on U4.2

Seems that they don't always do it, seems to be intermittent.

Those intersections are making my skin itch :p
