Issue description
The "Full of All" and "Empty of All" condition text is kinda misleading when working with stations that loads and unloads at the same time.
e.g.
Trains won't leave this station when the depart condition is set to "Full of - All provided products" because of the empty diesel wagon, even if the station only unloads it.
same if set to "Empty of all" while loading a specfic product.
maybe modify the check condition or change the description text to reduce the ambiguity?
Reproduction steps
Load the attached save.
The train at Line 1 refused to leave station because of the Depart condition.
