Issue description
When i want to Terraform i can select the ramp tool, but it doesnt build a ramp anymore or shows in the preview the ramp.
Reproduction steps
I dont know how execly i did it, but i switched between leveling and Mining on an pre selceted area. maybe that was the cause.
