Issue description
- I was able to place the Shipyard within the "warning clearance" of the Cargo Dock on the right. I immediately got the warning "Ocean access almost blocked" on the Cargo Dock after placing the Shipyard.
If the wording is correct then I guess I didn't actually loose ocean acccess (didn't check since it takes a long time for the ship to leave), but this probably shouldn't be allowed nevertheless.
- I can apparently use "Recover ocean access" button, which consumes 10 Unity but does nothing, since the thing in the way is a building, not terrain. This is obviously 100% not correct.
