Train track directly under a +4 bridge can't be selected

Issue description

Train track sections directly under a +4 bridge can't be selected by the 'Set Direction' tool.

This is mainly an issue if you have a small (smallest turn radius) "X' shaped switching section that exists directly under the bridge, as it makes it tricky, but not impossible, to select the sections within the "X" to change their direction if need be. A tiny section will still stick out from under the bridge and can be selected as the 'X" shaped track switch will always be just slightly longer than the width of the bridge even on the minimum track radius.

In addition, if you try and select any track that exists on the far side of the bridge by looking 'through' underneath the bridge, you won't be able to select the track. Almost like underneath the bridge is some kind of black hole!

It's a really tiny bug to be honest, but still a bug I think.

Reproduction steps

  1. Build a +4 height bridge of the minimum length, so you have a section directly in the middle of the bridge that is the width of two parallel train tracks and the height required to build track underneath.
  2. Build any section of track of a length that ensures it entirely exists under the bridge. In other words, neither end of the track section should extend beyond the width of the bridge above it.
  3. Select the 'Set Direction' tool and hover over the track. It will not highlight as expected and you will be unable to select this section of track with the 'Set Direction' tool.
  4. If you extend the track in either direction by any additional length (so that the added portion extends beyond the width of the bridge), you CAN select the track section but only by clicking the portion that is no longer underneath the bridge.

Here's a screenshot that shows an example of the issue:26-11-02_11-54-58_y37_pop572.jpg
The issue affects any tool that requires selection, e.g the bulldozer, not just the 'Set Direction' tool as it will try and select the bridge instead of the track underneath. I also can't select that bit under construction as it exists entirely under the bridge.

The only way to do anything to the track directly underneath the bridge is to first delete the bridge. Once deleted the track can be modified as normal.
