Issue description

COI won't update to 0.8.8, it stays on version 0.8.7b. I've already reinstalled, removed the mods, deleted the saves from the cloud and from the PC and nothing, I don't know what else to do

Reproduction steps

1 reinstalled

2 removed mods, saves and deleted everything I had in the STEAM cloud

3 it doesn't update, it stays on the same version
