Mix Materials Not Available For Global Dumping

Issue description

There is no option to allow for mix materials to be dumped on the ground from a truck with the global dump command.

Reproduction steps

Select the Vehicle status button at the top of the screen just to the right of available houses.

In the middle of the dialog box, choose 'what can be dumped by trucks'.

Hit the button with the large plus sign to show allowed products.

There is no 'mix materials' listed.

Working as intended, you can select the single products as before and if the the source content matches the target (global) the materials will get dumped.
