Depot get import/export rules wrongly overrite on every belt connected updte evt

I lost count on how many times this exact depo cause me issue because it backfill everything with slag.

I change the red bar to remove if above x%, and some time pass and it is back to block all again.

After while of getting angry with it, I finally reallize, every belt event that "relates" to the depo make it reset, that make no sense.

I do have the setting "Disable logistic for newly placed building" enabled, but that is not a newly placed building.

I finally realize what was happenning when I update the input belt that was bringing slag, the belt was not keeping up with all furnaces, the slag was floing into the depo, trucks were moving the excess away, but the belt was too slow and machine were cloged. As I update it, I just watch it get full and blocked, and when I clicked on it, the settings to export was yet again reseted back to not export.

It should not reset the depo config when you connect a belt or simple update a belt to it, or give a way to configure it to not change, specially when updating it.

With that being said, I still not able to make it happen at will, it some times happens, if I manage to record it happening I'll update here

Finally managed to make it happen, so it seems it only happens if you have more depo attached, I was trying with a single depo and it was not resetting at all, so I duplicate the same 3 detpo array I had before, and voila, it happened.

There is the initial placement at the start, with the settings for the depo, than I just fill it up, so you can speed past it, I let the full record to not miss any step, once it is full, I remove the belt and then set it to allow export, and it is when it happens

one might say "that is how it should work" as it has a depo attached, so trucks are not allowed to remove, the issue is the "auto reset", for a depo sequence, make no sense to se the first one to allow export, you want to set the last one, the tail, that is the one that will back fill everything, so if that one is almost full, dump it somehwhere else, that setting being reset break the entire factory

I forgot to show in the video, but after adding the belt and setting up the export, if you update the attached belt, it will reset again
