Do you by chance know the output numbers of the Rubber, Plastic and Graphite? If they are high enough I might just make this my primary Oil Plant and switch my vehicles to Hydrogen

It needs to be build in it seems, quickest way is to get 2 boilers with Coal or Wood going to start up the 3-stage distillkation, after that thje main boilers kick in once you've got hydrogen running. You should be plugin in the temp boilers between the source water purification and the 3-stage distillation.
I'll update the blueprint with a kick-start system, but currently making a new smaller system with 8 3-stage distillation.
