Maintain in the Membrane (v1.6

v1.2 - Small fix to belt connection and direction, some maintenance 2 weren`t getting Elec2

v1.3 - fixed flow by adding new belts and belt directions to maximise mech parts transportation

v1.4 - (small addition) Added extra mech and elec 2 parts storage supply to Maintenance 2 to make even supply amount like the rest

v1.5 - found small vehicle access issue when adding the storage in v1.4, it is now fixed

v1.6 - found another small access issue for delivery vehicles, it is now fixed
