Calen Oil Refinery by trains

Unfortunately I am unable to flip this train blueprint, like my Calen's BP is done

This is because COI does not allow to flip ship depot.
If you still want to flip the BP, then just paste it on surface (this removes cargo depot and modules) then you can cut and flip remaining part. But if you still want to use ships then you have to re-route all the transport towards cargo modules.

Actually, when using trains - you don't need to flip BP at all. If you use LHD train network, just reverse RR.
