Amphibious truck, when building, sometimes will not get a full load, even though they could have.
Sure when the building is almost done, the truck have to go partially load, that is fine, but that is not what happens, I was watching this bridge construction, and like 5% of the time the truck would drive partially loaded and the bridge part it was going to was still expecting way more than 1 load alone.
In this example, the bridge part is almost done, missing a few parts, that 1 truck alone can carry, just 32 units, but instead, it is splitted in 3 trucks carring basically nothing each.
How to reproduce, make a huge bridge over water, in this case I have 4 Amphibious truck, watch they build it, watch they drive partially loaded even when they could go full cargo.
What should happen, they should try to always drive full load, and only drive partially full when delivering the last portion, and only when the storage have enough for 1 delivery.
What I think it happens, the truck get schedulle to pickup, it knows that 1 load is too much, so it loads "any amount" but any amount shouldn't be allowed, it should load exactly what it needs to finish, so we don't have this case where 3 trucks are carrying 32 units splited into 11, 8 and 13.
For the other cases where it was going to a place where it could deliver a full cargo, I'm not sure, but maybe it got there before the other truck that had a full load, but still, after it deliver a partial load, another truck was yet to be send there, so why would it also be partially loaded.
