Autoplacement of waste dump

If a pipe dragged to the shore let the waste disposal facility be automatically placed at the end. Hope it is possible to implement. :)

What if the player doesn't want an outflow at the end of the pipe? There are many reasons to run a pipe to shore. There is also a seawater inflow pump building. Not convinced this suggestion is a good one, tbh.

I mean drag down the pointer over the shore and into the water (where pipe can not be placed anyway) - and in that case a suggestion of waterdump highlighted (just like it happen with snapping when pipe jumps around to suggest placement, similar way).
