Food Processing

I can see this. But I would like to add a twist to this. How about adding the ability to make thinks like dried meats and food that is pickled or otherwise preserved in jars and/or cans. Someone else suggested adding fish to the game as a food which could be dried or smoked in addition to having it available fresh.
