Better fertilizer recipe

The current N2+H2 recipe for fertilizer and electrolysis for H2 create an oversimplified and unrealistic production chain:
1) it has incomplete components list required for actual ammonia nitrate synthesis;
2) low gameplay value as fertilizer-producing facility is based on just single water input;
3) bad representation of industrial approach (low game educational value), as hydrogen for ammonia synthesis comes from syngas, not electrolysis.
The actual process of ammonia nitrate used as fertilizer takes liquid ammonia and concentrated nitric acid, with ammonia being a source for acid production as well, but since none of those two items play any other role in game (at least yet), then I suggest combining both into unified recipe to skip those steps:
Light distillate + HP Steam + nitrogen + oxygen = fertilizer + exhaust
[distillate and steam is a source of hydrogen and exhaust (CO2), oxygen is for nitric acid creation]

*Would be better to add water as an input item as well, but there is already 4 inputs which is a lot. May just assume the required amount of water just taken from steam which is an input item anyway.

Should use nitrogen for fertilizer. I've always hated how I end blowing it off into the air.
