Pinned tabs

Would be nice to have the possibility to pin any tab that the user wants, for example the tab of some dock or even any excavator or truck. Then when the user click in any place, the tab doesnt close and you can see it all the time until the user close it or un-pin it.

It would be awesome to be able pin any number of tabs/windows/panel. Just came here to suggest the same :)
