longer/adjustable ramps

i like to have ramps what you can adjust so you don't have to make 2 after each other but that you can have build a long one or 1 you can adjust, maby for tier 2 or 3 research think

Also some additional ramp versions were added in 0.3.11; they are still fixed size but the largest one supports 14 or 16 total transports.

Maybe have a starting piece and a middle piece that can be duplicated to make the ramp longer. Probably won't need the 3 existing ramps in that case.
