Vertical Farming

do to high space requirement, Vertical could be a nice option too to keep up on population demands

I agree with this suggestion, but i also think farms are so big for a reason. I'd like smaller more dense farming areas and vertical would be perfect solution.

that's basically why you upgrade to greenhouses

Vertical farms can be an option for some of the crops.

it might be a late game mechanic for new-age farming that takes less space but can be built upwards instead - something that can over-produce greenhouses, like hydroponic farms in Timberborn
