Climate / Weather Forecast

Add more detailed and time line weather / climate forecast to the game.
I am always wondering if there are a dry / wet seasons, summer / winter...more or less rain?
Or is it actually just a linear pattern or random?
Would give the game a nice touch to have this knowledge / forecast, with like forecast a month, a few years and history for example.
Remember the sun has a periodical change over 10 years and think weather sort of too. Could also be explained by changing weather systems. Etc.
A good addition to this would be planting of trees. More trees make the climate more wet.
Would love this to have a forester hut (or mining tower) with some forester trucks planting trees:)))
