Tooltip onmats describing their "State"

I would love for a tooltip to be added so I can see what kind of storage I need to build to buffer resources. For coal and Concrete this is fairly obvious... but it took me a while to figure out I could store potatoes in a silo but needed to store veggies in a warehouse.
