Visual Representation of what is in storage/assembly

As a user who expects to have a lot of storage, I would like to have a visual representation (sign on building) of what is stored inside, so that I can see at a glance what I am storing and do not need to open every storage to see what if any new storages I need to add.
Note: I don't expect the actual amount, just put a picture of wood on the side of a wood storage building, etc.

This is definitely needed. Especially for indicators which would show what Assembly Buildings are doing or what is in Unit Storage Buildings have in it. Definitely something that you can toggle on and off.

I just posted something similar to this without reading to the end of the list, more the fool me, but the one thing I'd add to this is that unit storages should have a visual indication of how full they are, and the windows on the side of the building could do as a subtle way to show it, just have shutters open or close or maybe lights appear as it fills.
