Suggestion: On the "trade with other islands" display, it would be nice during the early game to have a mechanism to 'reroll' the available trading items/ratios for some currency so if you really need a specific item type, you have a chance to get it.

Yes. Like in the Anno games. Maybe just reroll one item at a time. Not all of them. I like the first two items available at the first Island you trade with. Never used the others.
