Undo: Restore the time display in the vehicle queue (instead of idle, busy, etc)

Patch 0.4.1a changed the vehicle queue to show text like "busy", "idle" etc, instead of showing the exact number of seconds that tasks were waiting until a vehicle could be assigned. I REALLY liked the view in seconds. Perhaps just show Idle when idle, but then showing seconds when there is a queue?
