Manual vehicle navigation/operation for stuck AI movement

Sometimes excavators and dump trucks get stuck in mines especially when the dump truck has to navigate up/down a ramp to get to the excavator. This will lead to inoperable mine. Would be helpful to maybe fix this issues by manually navigating the vehicle
