Exhaust Compression

Currently Exhaust and Steam seem to be the only resources that cannot be stored in any way within a buffer. when you unlock the ability to scrub exhaust of pollutants being able to store it in fluid tanks would be helpful. Additionally a reciprocating air compressor would allow us to convert Steam lo back up to steam hi, or condense exhaust enough into a solid pellet item that can then be dumped via landfills.
