Add balancer/sorter height levels

Thought it would be a nice idea to make the balancer/sorters able to be raised off the ground to connect to conveyors that are off the ground (useful for multi stack conveyor sorting)

Yeah this would be super usfuel because i raise almost all of my short/medium distance pipes and convyers, and I miss being able to use balancers.

Not just being able to raise them, but stackable too...so that you can have up to 4 balancers stacked

And different sizes... would love to see 1x1 and 1x2 ones.

There are a couple of these currently running. I'm hoping the Devs will merge them all which should merge the votes as well!

Stackable would be awesome as well as beeing able to build then at higher heights with supports below them.

I agree this would be very useful. I am finding it very hard to alleviate the spaghetti mess of belts and pipes not being able to do this.

yeah i would like to have balence priority, to do so for now we need to place 1 balncer per output, and this cost a lot of place and energie
