More options for Quick Delivery to spend Unity

It would be cool to have more options that you could do with Quick Delivery. For example:
- Vehicles in Vehicle Depot's Build Queue (Two options: 1) Quick Delivery to an individual item in the queue and 2) Quick Delivery to the whole queue)
- Ship Repair/Modification
- Loading Ship with Cargo (Upgrade Settlement/Repair Cargo Ship)
- Load Ship/Cargo Ship with Fuel
