Quick Remove for contents of storage/belts/pipes

It would be really nice to have Quick Remove for storage, belts and pipes. It feels odd that you can Quick Remove to clear something, but if it has stuff in it, you have to wait for the stuff to be removed bit by bit - which might take a very long time if it's a storage unit for stuff that isn't really being used at the moment.

Doesn't this already exist? I see people like Charlie Pryor (on YouTube), do a quick remove of pipes all the time (both used and unused).
