easy underground pipes and underground conveyor variants

have it possible to create pipe blueprints underground, and then unassigned excavators and trucks will automatically excavate the blueprint so that the pipe can be built. Once built the same trucks will refill the hole from the materials collected in the first stage. Temporary storage for hole materials will likely be required, but that could be done with just empty assigned loose storages.
Additionally, conveyor belt variants that can be buried, same as pipes.
