Downgrade Transport and Building

It would be nice if there were an option to downgrade a transport. Sometimes, I hook up a lot of of buildings with one kind of transport but then realize that the output would never need that kind of throughput so instead of having to remove the transport entirely, being able to downgrade it would be awesome.
Being able to downgrade a building would also be neat.

There are a few times I have build a very long belt and didn't want to wait 10 minutes for it to fill up, so I built it with the Mk3 Belt. But, what it's hooked to doesn't need more than Mk1. Would be nice to downgrade it at the same deconstruction cost, so it's the same as deleting it and rebuilding, only without having to rerun the belt and having everything on the belt go to your shipyard.

I forget to change back to mk1 conveyors and build a load mk3’s, especially when blueprinting. No option than to delete them all and rebuild.

Yes, and please give me this option already in planning mode (white) or under construction (blue).
