Attach trucks to one building type

It seems that trucks will visit some buildings more than others, Might it be possible to task a truck to do one job only such as grouping them rather than going by a priority number on the building. I find that the fuel and iron making buildings run out of required items a lot due to trucks trying to complete non required tasks first, If i build a ramp it can stay half completed for almost 30 minutes even if i have the required items to build it. Also gravel is a needed item yet i have no idea how to acquire it. also could it be made clear in game that mining towers are only needed for dumping and not for mining. I only just found this out reading other players comments on the steam community.

And quite often seeing trucks sitting for several minutes, doing nothing while other trucks do all the work.
