Connect stoarge with Mining Tower to avoid trucks driving around

We should be able to assign Storage buildings to minig areas so assigned Trucks would not drive to the other end of the map to fulfill some current request and hold up the business at the mine at this point. Trucks would then deliver the stuff to an assigned storage with priority if there is one with space left.

It’s just possible to assign a tower to a storage. The assigned trucks will only use that storage.

@blottoo not sure if we're talking about the same thing: I don't see any option to connect both tower and storage. Can you elaborate, please?
