100% Material Return on Demolition with Research

Many players have requested a 100% return rate on demolished buildings. I agreed with them but now I'm reconsidering. There is already tech for an extra 10% refund so why not add one more research to take it to 100% on the next tier. Part of the challenge of this game is the fact that there's very little hand-holding. Just giving players 100% refund on demolished buildings seems cheap. We should have to work for it.
