Upgrade tool

Upgrade tool which allows you to upgrade everything in a designated area just like unity tool

I would like to see a tool in for upgrading similar to the unity tool. It would make upgrading belts and pipes much easier. Belt/pipe upgrades would probably be the only reason why I would use it.

Upgrade/downgrade, prioritize/deprioritize - sometimes that is desired too.

And some hotkey (like Ctrl+Click) to perform Quick Load on the building to be Upgraded

Yes. And maybe tool button that does both the unpause and unity quick upgrade at the same time?
This would save a bit of time. Or the option to toggle Unity mode to always be active when unpausing.

we have copy past and cut also bulldose we need UPGRADE

I don't even know, why there is still nothing like that.
In the middle and late game this is just a pain in the ass - to upgrade tones of pipes, conveyors and buildings.

have a default maybe be just pipes/belts, with a ctrl or alt-click to include everything selected

yes - very needed mid-game, at the least. should also have drag-mark like pause, demolish & Unity have

please make a hotkey or a button on the panel so that you can improve or make automatic improvement of pipes and conveyors

I came here to request this very thing. Upgrading transports can be a pain. So much easier if there was a tool to mass select.
