Show Maximum production & consumption capacity in the Statistics, as if all the producers and consumers are loaded to maximum
Maximum production capacity is already shown for the Energy

This suggestion is criminally underrated. Seconding the OP's suggestion that it be functionally the same as the energy statistic unless there are plans to show a breakdown of buildings in the statistics window at some point in the future.
