That would depend on whether the Unity Game Engine that this game uses supports this. Unless the developers are upper tier, they don't have access to the source code and may not be able to add core features for the Unity Game Engine version that they use.

I would highly recommend DLSS with the new 4.5 out there so much add to quality with Dynamic resolution a must with 4K , as much of my issue start at end game and not at the beginning. No matter what setting I use or tricks shutting down background task lower setting , play offline all tricks , nothing works??? Understanding DLSS 4.5 with all the options even frame generation would be a huge Plus if you add Ray tracing , HDR , and all weather with night time. Even if you made this a DLC it would give an opportunity for 4K users and future sales an allow the company to prosper. With the new Nvidia app give us options to enable all type of setting. If not I don't s see the opportunity for 4K paly especially at the endgame. Please don't lower the standards of such beautiful game.
