When placing a Mining Tower I think all mining things should be hidden.

Also I would like the tower always disabled on placement regardless of the state of the planning option button.
And tower should not work when paused or in ghost mode.
I want to do this in a specific order.
1. Place Mining Tower
2. Set mining requirements in Mining Tower dialog
3. Adjust the mining area in Mining Tower dialog
4. Using either or both Mining and Dumping Designations to set what to dump and what to mine.
5. Assign Vehicles and then enable tower.
Seems like the trucks will start dumping before I am ready for them to dump. Or maybe I should pause the game while doing all of the above to insure trucks do not start dumping until I am ready.
Constantly getting stuff dumped in the wrong place due to this.
Maybe someone could suggest a better way of doing this. I am open to consider other options.

Dumping designations can be done by all trucks whether there is a mining tower there or not. If you want to avoid dumping the wrong thing in a place either turn off the global filter for undesirable materials or wait until the mining tower is built before putting the dump designation there.
